Buenos-Aires is one of those enormous cities scattered with shanty towns. The film retraces the population’s struggle to resist attempts to completely destroy these pockets of\u00a0<\/em>poverty. Today after having been displaced, mistreated, the inhabitants see the arrival of new people to the shantytown, people increasingly from the middle classes.<\/em><\/p>\n
