Sheffield. In the late 1980s, the steel industry closed down, the heart was torn out of the city. Ten years later, Glen the Karaoke King steals cars, Wayne, a bar owner, spots Sarah and tries to\u00a0<\/em>turn her into the star as \u201cthe Dirty Dancer\u201d, and Paul, an ex-boxer, starts out on an acting career.
