Soraya, 28 a\u00f1os, nacida y educada en Brooklyn, decide volver para instalarse en Palestina, pa\u00eds del que su familia debi\u00f3 exiliarse en 1948.
\nDesde su llegada a Ramallah, Soraya intenta recuperar el dinero de sus abuelos congelado en una cuenta bancaria en Jaffa, pero se enfrenta al rechazo frontal del banco. Su camino se cruza con el de Emad, un joven palestino que, al contrario\u00a0<\/em>que ella, s\u00f3lo desea salir de all\u00ed para siempre.
\nPara huir de los problemas por los que atraviesa el pa\u00eds y conseguir la libertad, Soraya y Emad no tendr\u00e1n otro remedio que hacerse cargo de su destino sin miedo incluso a transgredir la propia ley. En esta carrera hacia la vida, seguiremos sus pasos a trav\u00e9s de lo que queda de la Palestina perdida.<\/em><\/p>\n
