Durante mucho tiempo la ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar fue el recurso principal de la isla, era el coraz\u00f3n del paisaje. Hoy en d\u00eda, todo se estremece. El centro se convierte en periferia. Lo bello, lo \u00fatil, ya no son las siembras,\u00a0<\/em>los campos de ca\u00f1a, sino la playa o la cima de las monta\u00f1as que atraen cada vez m\u00e1s a los turistas. Una vez m\u00e1s, los habitantes de la isla asisten como espectadores a la transformaci\u00f3n de su isla.<\/em><\/p>\n
